An elite collection of musicians are to highlight the annual Key Largo Original Music Festival, featuring live knee-slapping and foot-tapping performances Thursday through Sunday, May 17-20, 2018.

The four-day festival features music to excite all ages and tastes, offering attendees an intimate look behind the original hits of songwriters/performers from Nashville, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas and Florida, all excelling in country, folk, pop, rock and blues.

The 2018 fest showcases five intimate stages on the bay: Breezers at the Marriott Bay Beach Resort, Sundowners, Señor Frijoles, Cactus Jack’s with a Festival Finale, and Beach BBQ at the Caribbean Club.  All eateries/watering holes are located close together at mile marker 104 bayside. Admission is free to all venues, and the music continues late into the evenings with onstage performances.

A packed lineup kicks off Thursday, May 17 from 6-10.30 p.m., with a full evening of music at Sundowners. Nashville singers/songwriters RJ Comer, Ryan Robinette and Shawn Byrne are to be joined by local favorites Dave Feder and Adrienne Z, festival veterans Jer Gregg and Nick Britt and upcoming Nashville rising stars, LaLa Deaton and Lockwood Barr and others for four-plus hours of live entertainment on the water.

Fans of NBC’s “The Voice” won’t want to miss Sheena Brook, a finalist from Florida on Season 12 who was hand picked by Adam Levine to be on his team. After the show, Sheena released her Brand New EP The First Time. Look for Sheena’s performances throughout the Festival

The 2018 Festival welcomes the return from 2015 of Robinson Treacher. At the crossroads of Blues, Folk and Americana, Robinson’s emotionally dramatic songwriting style is matched only by his deeply passionate vocals. Robinson takes fibers from all genres, including rock, country, folk & R&B and weaves them into his own distinct tapestry.

Fans of Saints of Havana won’t be disappointed in their new line up and the newly named band Saints & Angels, fronted by the high-energy, beauty and unique voice of Lindsey Penner. Their musical style mixes country and rock and harkens back to the great musicality of the 70’s Superbands. Put on your dancing shoes!

Audiences can also enjoy the return of festival mainstays like Georgia lyricist Julie Gribble, and the tight, swirling harmonies of alternative country rock duo 33 Years, each a multi-instrumentalist, are sure to please listeners. Click here for the full lineup.

The Festival Finale and Beach BBQ is Sunday, May 20th, from, 2pm to 10pm at the world-famous Caribbean Club. Featuring nearly 20 live performances in 90 minute, continuous multi-artist segments.
